<strong>F&B Retail Projects & Marketing Executive (Temporary Contract) – Middle-East Region<br><br></strong><strong>Reports to:</strong> <strong>F&B Retail projects & Marketing Manager<br><br></strong><strong>Role Overview<br><br></strong>As the Retail Marketing Projects Executive F&B, you play a pivotal role in supporting boutique openings and renovations across the Middle-East region. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you ensure every detail is orchestrated for seamless execution and exceptional client experiences. Additionally, you are in charge of planning and orchestrating animation in the boutiques across middle east. Your expertise in project coordination, in-store activation, and operational excellence drives successful launches and elevates our retail standards.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Boutique Openings & Renovations<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Ensure seamless coordination and execution of all boutique openings and renovations across the region. </li><li>Coordinate with Architecture, IT, Finance, Operations, PR & Media, Marketing, HR, VM, and Training teams to ensure smooth openings and renovations. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Budget management<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Monitor project-related expenses and manage budgets with monthly, quarterly, and yearly follow-up across the region (local & partners) <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Product Launches & In-store Activations<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage the production of in-store animations (4–5 per year across all boutiques). </li><li>Oversee installation processes, ensuring coordination with malls for permits and compliance. </li><li>Set up KPI for every in store activations </li><li>Support the execution of 360° product launch activations within boutiques. </li><li>Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, PR, and Training teams to deliver exceptional client experiences at events. </li><li>Prepare post-animation reports and presentations to communicate results and achievements internally. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Store Excellence & Feedback<br><br><br></strong><ul><li>Maintain and elevate boutique standards through continuous monitoring and actionable insights. </li><li>Track boutique performance to ensure excellence in execution. </li><li>Identify store strengths and areas for improvement by collecting staff feedback and proposing actionable plans. </li><li>Conduct regular store visits. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Energizers<br><br></strong>This role keeps you at the center of dynamic retail projects, energizing your day with hands-on coordination, creative problem-solving, and direct impact on boutique openings and product launches. Your feedback-driven improvements elevate store performance and empower teams, leaving a lasting mark on both the client journey and the overall success of our retail operations.<br><br><strong>Profile<br><br></strong>Master’s degree (business school, university master…) with first experience in a similar role or in Operational Marketing<br><br>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.<br><br>Adaptable, dynamic, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.<br><br>Fluent in English; Arabic and/or French is an advantage.<br><br>Already based in UAE.
