About the Job:


You will be responsible for supporting the achievement of the retail leasing plan and strategy by assisting in the retail leasing process through renewals, new leases and amendments, handling lease negotiations and liaising with stakeholders.

You will support the leasing activities through effective coordination to achieve target revenue and tenancy mix relevant to each retail asset.


Key Responsibilities:
Support budgeting by analyzing vacancies, renewals, and lease timelines.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely collection of rents, deposits, and fees.
Manage lease documentation, approvals, and compliance with legal standards.
Source prospective tenants, negotiate deals, and oversee lease execution.
Maintain accurate lease records and tenant databases across platforms.
Prepare reports and memos for senior management on leasing performance.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of retail leasing trends.
Build strong relationships with tenants and internal stakeholders.
Lead site visits and presentations to promote retail developments.
Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery.


About you:
High School Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or any related field preferred
Middle east experience is preferred.
Strong retail background and good understanding of the local industry
Strong financial management and business acumen.
Adept in revenue and cost analysis.
Advanced analytical skills, eye for detail, and strong communication skills (verbal and written). Arabic is preferred.
Thorough knowledge of retail market / trends / intelligence.
Ability to manage the brokers / agents.
Advanced negotiation & persuasion skills.
Excellent customer relations and networking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and ability to operate on all levels of business.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Arabic is preferred.
