We are looking for a highly organized Part-Time Administrative Virtual Assistant to support daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who values being a strong support partner and enjoys helping keep things organized and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and organizational support
Order samples and coordinate with suppliers
Manage schedules and basic coordination tasks
Assist with creating simple infographics and charts using provided templates (training and Loom videos will be provided)
Support various ad hoc tasks as needed


Requirements:
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a supporting role and committed to the position long term
Willing to learn and be trained; open to guidance and feedback
Ability to read CAD drawings (Architecture or Interior Design background is preferred)
Strong communication skills


Tools & Communication:
Slack (internal communication)
WhatsApp Business (internal and with contractors)
Zoom (meetings)

 

Technical Requirements:

  • Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation
  • Webcam: Working webcam
  • Computers: Primary and backup computer with at least i5 to i7 processor and 8GB RAM
  • Internet: Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection; backup internet speed of at least 10 Mbps
