Please note that this is a part-time opportunity. At this time, part-time Remote Reservations Crewmembers will work no more than 25 hours per week and will not be scheduled for overtime.

Additionally, this is a fully remote position, and is only available for candidates who live within 30 minutes of Rapid City, South Dakota.

About the Role

As a Reservations Representative at JSX, you'll play a vital role in delivering world-class service to our Customers. Whether you're assisting with flight reservations, responding to inquiries, or resolving concerns, your professionalism and product knowledge ensure every Customer feels supported and appreciated. In this role, you'll be empowered to create lasting impressions and provide first-contact resolutions that reinforce our brand's reputation for warmth, consistency, and care.

A Day in the Life

As a Reservations Representative, no two calls are the same—but every one is an opportunity to create a remarkable experience. In this role you'll:

  • Respond promptly to Customer questions via phone with accuracy and empathy.
  • Handle service-related concerns with grace and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Guide Customers through the booking process, changes, and travel policies with clarity and confidence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams when escalations or operational issues arise.
  • Stay current on JSX products, promotions, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support a culture of hospitality, efficiency, and brand pride—one conversation at a time.

What Makes a Successful Reservations Representative?

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year in a customer support or contact center environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of interest-based systems and software tools
  • Proficient in keyboarding and multitasking in real time
  • Fluent in English—spoken and written
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays)

Pay and Perks

Compensation is $18.00/hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
