To meet rapid demand from international school families, we are expanding our global instructor team for Career Pathway group classes.

Position: Career Pathways Instructor (Small-Group Classes)

We are recruiting knowledgeable, engaging instructors to lead 3–4 student online group classes introducing teens (ages 12–18) to modern academic and career fields.

Current Priority Topics:

We are especially seeking instructors who can teach one or more of the following:

Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

  • What AI is and how it works
  • Real-world applications
  • AI projects, tools, and future careers

Computer Science & Software Engineering

  • Overview of CS pathways
  • Subfields (software, data science, cybersecurity, HCI, systems)
  • Skills needed for university and career success

Business, Management & Entrepreneurship

  • Business fundamentals
  • Economics & finance pathways
  • Modern careers in marketing, consulting, startups

Robotics & Engineering

  • Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Biomedical Engineering
  • Robotics fundamentals & real-world applications
  • Engineering problem-solving & project-based learning

Medical & Biomedical Sciences

  • Pathways: Biomedical research, pre-med, life sciences
  • University expectations and required skills
  • Exposure to real scientific thinking

What You Will Do

  • Teach interactive 3–4 student group classes online
  • Introduce your field in an engaging, age-appropriate way
  • Explain university pathways, required skills, and career options
  • Provide insight into industry trends and future opportunities
  • Create structured slide decks and learning materials
  • Inspire students to explore their potential in your field

Who We Are Looking For✔ Strong Academic Background

  • Upper-year university students (3rd/4th year)
  • Master’s or PhD students
  • Industry professionals in related fields
  • Teaching, presenting, mentoring, or TA experience is a plus
